Reading your mother
What a pair reading can show about you and a parent, and what it should never claim.
A different kind of pair
A reading between you and your mother is not a romance read with the names changed. The questions are different: who looks after whom, how each of you shows care, where the old arguments live, and how her season lines up with yours.
What the charts can show
The Moons describe what lets each of you rest, which often explains why a visit is lovely for the first day and tense by the third. Venus shows how each of you offers care, and why hers may not look like care to you. In BaZi, whether her Day Master feeds yours or shapes it says a lot about the roles you grew up in.
Chapters matter here too. A parent entering a quieter chapter while you enter a busy one can make the same phone call feel different on each end.
Why it matters to you
Most people have been having one version of the same conversation with their mother for years. A reading gives you a second way to understand it, one that is about the two patterns meeting rather than about either of you being wrong.
It will not tell you what she feels. That is hers to tell you. It can show you where the two of you meet easily, so you can start there.
