The terms for using Aster.
These terms cover free pages, private readings, email letters, purchases, and subscriptions.

1. Using Aster
By using Aster, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into a contract where you live and provide information you are entitled to use.
2. What Aster provides
Aster provides calculated birth charts, relationship readings, one-time written readings, and optional ongoing letters. Some pages are free. Paid readings are one-time purchases. Aster+ is a recurring subscription until cancelled.
3. Astrology and advice
Aster is for entertainment and personal reflection. A reading is an interpretation, not a statement of fact about a person or future event. It does not replace medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Birth details and other people
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having a lawful reason to provide another person's details. Do not use Aster to harass, monitor, impersonate, or make consequential decisions for someone else.
5. Accounts and private links
Email links may sign you in without a password. Keep access to your email secure. Purchased readings and shared sides may also use private links. You are responsible for deciding who receives them.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and charged through Stripe. A one-time purchase does not start a subscription. Aster+ renews on the selected monthly or yearly schedule until cancelled through Manage. If a reading fails to arrive or a charge appears wrong, contact Aster so it can be investigated.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's account or private information, scrape the site at scale, or use Aster unlawfully. Access may be limited when needed to protect readers or the service.
8. Ownership
You keep ownership of the personal information you provide. Aster may process it only as needed to provide and operate the service. Aster's site, calculation software, design, and editorial material remain Aster's property. A purchased reading is for personal use and may be shared privately, but not sold or republished commercially.
9. Availability and liability
Aster is provided as available without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Aster is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made in reliance on an astrological reading. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Changes
These terms may change as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, sent to account holders. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
